As IT Leader at Biogenesis Bago, I orchestrated a comprehensive overhaul of the entire technological infrastructure, driven by the imperative to integrate SAP S/4HANA , in response to the severe obsolescence of our existing systems.

Key leadership roles in pivotal projects include:

  • Corporate Email Migration from Lotus to Exchange 2010 (900 users): I spearheaded a seamless migration project, transitioning the corporate email system from Lotus to Exchange 2010 for a user base of 900 individuals.

  • Migration from Novell to Active Directory 2008 R2: I led a strategic migration initiative, overseeing the transition from Novell to Active Directory 2008 R2, ensuring a smooth integration and optimal functionality.

  • Enterprise Platform Virtualization: I orchestrated the virtualization of our corporate platform, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and resource optimization utilizing Vmware and Docker technologies.

  • Modernizing and establishing four data centers across different geographical locations.

  • Incident Management System Implementation: I oversaw the implementation of an Incident Management System, fortifying our organization's ability to respond effectively to incidents and disruptions using OTRS.

  • ITIL Governance Implementation: I implemented ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) governance practices, establishing a structured framework for IT service management and delivery.

  • Cloud Migration - Transitioning mail systems to Office 365.

  • Deploying SAP S/4 HANA on-premise.

These initiatives demanded a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and effective collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
